Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of your selected ticket date.
The 48-hour validity must be used across two consecutive days.
Smart casual dress is required on board. Shorts, bermudas, short-pants, sports clothes, sports shoes, and flip-flops are not permitted. You may be refused entry if you are not dressed appropriately.
Buses depart every 30 minutes. To complete the full route back to your starting point, please board before 5.30pm. After this time, tours terminate at the Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre.
