Getting To Futuroscope:

Futuroscope is located just 20 minutes from Poitiers and is easily accessible by several means of transport:

  • By Car: Exit 28 on the A10 motorway (Paris-Bordeaux). The car park entrance is located at Avenue René Monory, 86360 Chasseneuil-du-Poitou. Parking is available at €13 per day or €8 from 2pm onwards. Electric car charging stations are available in the car park, subject to availability.

  • By Train: Futuroscope has its own train station with direct access to the park via a footbridge. Travel by Eurostar to Lille or Paris then TGV directly to Futuroscope station. Alternatively, Poitiers train station is 20 minutes from the park by taxi or public transport.

  • By Plane: Poitiers-Biard Airport is 15 minutes by taxi from Futuroscope, with direct low-cost flights from London Stansted, Edinburgh, Barcelona, and Lyon.

  • By Bus: Local bus lines 1 and 21 run between Poitiers city and Futuroscope.

An Accessibility Pass is available at Futuroscope, giving priority access to attractions for disabled visitors and up to 3 accompanying adults. To obtain one, the disabled person must visit the Information & Services point with a valid original disability document and proof of identity. Accepted documents include a Disability Card, EU Disability Card, Blue Badge, and the National Disability Card UK.

Free parking is available for disabled visitors - please show your parking ticket and disability card at the cash desk or Information & Services desk.

Wheelchair hire is available at the park entrance for €10 per day, subject to availability. A limited number of electric scooters are also available to hire for €40 per day for guests with reduced mobility aged 18 and over. Please note that electric scooters do not allow access to attractions.

The main ticket office and Information & Services points at Futuroscope are equipped with induction loop systems for guests with hearing impairments. Most restaurants and shops are also equipped.

The Night Show is included with all admission tickets at no extra charge and takes place every evening the park is open. The show may be modified, delayed, or cancelled in exceptional weather conditions or for technical reasons.

The attraction Les Yeux Grand Fermés (Eyes Wide Shut) and certain special events are not included in the standard entry ticket.

Food, drinks, and transportation to and from the park are not included.

Yes - parking is available at €13 per day (from 8am to 8am the following day) or €8 from 2pm onwards. To avoid queuing at the exit, we recommend paying for your parking pass on arrival at the automatic terminals or cash desk.
Yes - electric car charging stations are available in the car parks, subject to availability. This is a paid service operated by a partner, payable via the GEEVE app or multi-operator card. Specifications: Type 2 - 7.4kW - AC - €0.50/kWh. Some on-site hotels also have charging stations reserved for their guests.
Yes - dedicated baby areas are available throughout the park, equipped with nappy-changing tables and a microwave oven for warming up baby bottles and food.
Yes - battery rental stations are available at the park's information and service points, as well as at the Station Cosmos, Ecolodgee, and Hôtel du Futuroscope hotels.

Yes - you can temporarily leave Futuroscope during the day. Simply let staff know when you exit and they will stamp your hand with a colourless stamp allowing re-entry on the same day. If you also need to leave the car park, please let the on-site team know.
Several beloved characters roam the park throughout the day, including the Raving Rabbids, Arthur, and Selenia. Don't forget to grab a photo! Character appearances are subject to change or cancellation without notice - check the visitors' map available at the park entrance or the Futuroscope app for the latest information on the day of your visit.
