• You MUST contact Reykjavik Excursions at least 72 hours before your departure to Iceland to confirm your reservation, flight details, and pick-up information. Please email info@icelandia.is or call 00354 580 5400. Please include your AttractionTix booking reference, departure date, and surname in the subject line.

• Please note that larger buses are restricted from entering Reykjavík city centre. You will need to transfer to a drop-off bus at BSÍ Bus Terminal which will take you to your designated bus stop or hotel.

• Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed - the tour is weather and aurora activity dependent. If the tour goes ahead but the Northern Lights are not visible, a refund cannot be made on this exclusive package.

• If the Northern Lights tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered the chance to join a future tour free of charge.

• Don't forget to reconfirm your pick-up details with staff at the airport upon arrival if your Northern Lights tour is scheduled for the same evening as your arrival.

• Pick-up for all experiences starts 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please be ready and visible at your designated bus stop in time for collection. If you are not located within the pick-up area, you may need to make your own way to the designated departure point.

Transfers are available to and from designated bus stops across Reykjavík. If your hotel is not listed below, your pick-up and drop-off point will be BSÍ Bus Terminal - from here you will need to make your own way to and from your hotel at your own expense.
