Flybus PLUS Return Reykjavik

• Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik: approximately 45 minutes to BSÍ Bus Terminal, plus up to 30-45 minutes for hotel drop-off.

• There is no fixed schedule from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik - Flybus operates in connection with all arriving flights.

Please note: for your return journey, we recommend taking the Flybus approximately 3-4 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time to arrive at the airport as recommended by airport authorities.

Please note that departures at 15:30 and 16:30 from BSÍ take place during Reykjavik's afternoon rush hour - traffic conditions can vary and may cause delays. We recommend allowing extra time if travelling to the airport during this period.

Pick-up from your hotel starts 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please be outside and ready to wait for the bus, which will arrive within a 20-30 minute window before the scheduled departure.

You MUST email info@icelandia.is with your flight details to reconfirm your booking as soon as you receive your e-ticket. Please include your booking reference, departure date, and surname in the subject line. In case of any issues please contact 00354 580 5400.

Please note that shuttle transfers are only available to and from the bus stops listed below. If your hotel is not listed, your drop-off and pick-up location will be the BSÍ Bus Terminal - from here you will need to make your own way to and from your hotel at your own expense.

• Tickets are only available to purchase in advance - tickets cannot be bought on board the Flybus.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable within 72 hours of the selected booking date.

• Reykjavik Excursions reserves the right to alter the timetable without further notice due to possible changes in flight schedules. Estimated arrival times can vary.

• Animals are not permitted on Flybus services, with the exception of certified service animals. Proof of certification may be required.

• Each passenger may bring two bags weighing no more than 23kg (50lbs) each. Additional large luggage items such as golf bags or ski equipment are accepted based on available space at a cost of 1,500 ISK per item. Bicycles can be transported if space is available at a cost of 3,800 ISK.
