View At The Palm

The View Palm Jumeirah – 52nd Floor – Dubai – United Arab Emirate.

You will receive your entry voucher separately 32 days before your visit date. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen time. Prime Hours: 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Non-Prime Hours: 9:00AM – 4:30PM and 7:30PM.

A typical visit to The Palm lasts around 60 minutes.

These tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-extendable, once purchased.

– A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
– Opening times are subject to change, please check locally.
– You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen time.
– Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to The View.
– No outside food or beverages are allowed at The View.
– Large bags, shopping bags and/or strollers must be kept in lockers located near The View entrance.
– The entire View experience in Level 52 is wheelchair accessible.
– The View Next Level experience is located at Level 54 and is accessible by stairs only. This is NOT wheelchair accessible.
– Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed. For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rescheduling of entry are not offered for inclement weather.
– Latecomers will not be admitted.

Dubai Parks And Resorts reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions.
